Except financial issue everything else...

Liked: Convenience
Disliked: Property charged more on the credit card almost double and now they said they will reverse the transaction. This is a concern for me as if the money does not come back to my account and I live in a different country it is difficult for me to follow up.

Disliked: Breakfast should be complimentary.Unfortunately there was a fire alarm on my first night at midnight. It was also worrisome there wasn't much communication from the hotel staff and the fire department didn't show up for >30minutes.
