Liked: Close to where we needed to be. Attractive.
Disliked: We were told by the desk clerk there would be a buffet in the a.m. for breakfast. Also told by the restaurant personnel that there would be a buffet. Got there in the a.m. but no buffet. Said they only have a buffet when hotel is full. The restaurant was full of Vanderbilt football fans. It took forever to get our order to the table because there was only one person waiting on all the tables. The room was OK except the heating. It stayed so hot all night that we could not sleep. We had the thermostat turned to 66 and still was too hot. We usually stay in Holiday Inns but probably would not stay in this one again.

Great hotel, great staff, it...

Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: I did not enjoy that breakfast was not complementary after paying close to $200 just for one night. Everything else was great about the place.
