It was a great - comfortable and convenient. Close to the FirstMerit event center. Would stay again.

Liked: Very clean. Friendly and courteous staff. Restaurant attached to hotel. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Slow elevator; small bathrooms.

it was ok

Liked: everything
Disliked: wont stay anymore as they told me a $400 room fee for your stay will now be added to the motel room for damages. never have i had to pay that much so i wont be staying anymore.

Disliked: We booked a King suite for my husband's 60th Birthday. When we got there Thanksgiving night, we were told it wasn't available. We had to take a small room. Very disappointing. I had to spend alot of time on the phone to get a discount
