Has the potential be fabulous...

Liked: Big room, good location, friendly & helpful staff
Disliked: The room was freezing cold, the tv didn’t work and the extractor fan had lots of dust hanging from it. One of the staff came to sort that out and was very helpful.I did communicate all of this to the staff at the hotel & I also asked to check out half an hour later but that wasn’t possible, which was a shame.

great stay, I really hope...

Liked: Room was good size, very comfortable, great bathroom.Bar staff were really helpful as were receptionists and the dining staff.Location is convenient for the Aintree races.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine but it gave the impression of little cutbacks. No paper delivery?
