Comfortable stay in good location.

Liked: Breakfast and facilities were excellent. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Restaurant staff excellent.
Disliked: Disappointed that the room and bathroom were very dusty and carpet could have been cleaner. Improved after the next day cleaner visit, suggesting it was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.

Disliked: The air con in the room was not working and reception informed me it could not be fixed as maintenance were not present at the weekend. Not good. Offered a change of rooms but just for one night did n't think worth it.
