Very good

All good less the bar...

Liked: Very clean
Disliked: The Main bar closed very early which left some guests frustrated

Nice hotel, poor room management

Liked: The bar and restaurant was spacious, if a tad noisy, and the menu was good.
Disliked: We had multiple issues with our room.1) On entry, there were no towels, and the trash can was full of the prior guests used sanitary products. (Front desk staff resolved this quickly).2) Despite hanging the 'refresh my room' door hanger. Our room was not refreshed. (This was partially resolved by the front desk staff)3) The room was freezing, and we could not get the heating to work. When we contacted the front desk, they said it was on 'Summer settings' (rainy, cold October in England), they said they would send someone with a heater. We were in the bar and the heater never arrived.

Forest Pines hotel and spa.

Liked: The atmosphere throughout the whole hotel was very relaxing. Restaurant was very efficient considering the hotel was full they coped exceptionally well.
Disliked: The spa is not joined onto the hotel so you had to go outside to get to it and, the spa reception is poor getting back to you on phone if you needed get in touch. Treatments were spot on though.

Pleasent staff and good spa

Liked: The staff were friendly and efficient
Disliked: The room was tired and the bed was quite uncomfortable. We don’t live far away was just looking to have a good sleep and some nice food while we’re child free for our spa treatments as it was our 5th wedding anniversary. We thought we would treat ourselves and stay over but I think if we did the spa treatments again that we wouldn’t choose to stay over next time.

OK BUT SHOULD HAVE BEEN...

Liked: EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, ROOM COMFORTABLE BUT NEEDED A WALK-IN SHOWER WHICH MEANT WE COULD BOOK ONLY A SUITE (SO EXPENSIVE) OR A SUPERIOR TWIN ROOM WHICH HAD 2 DOUBLE BEDS IN IT - MADNESS
Disliked: ASKED FOR NO FEATHER BEDDING WHICH HAD NOT BEEN PREPARED,STILL ONLY PARTLY PROVIDED. BOTTLED DRINKS PROVIDED (NO BOTTLE OPENER). STILL CAN'T ACCESS £150 HELD DEPOSIT 4 DAYS LATER!!
