Liked: I had a truly wonderful stay at Pine Forrest Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—calm, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. A special mention goes to Sylvia at the concierge desk—she was professional, pleasant, and an absolute delight to interact with. Her helpfulness and warm demeanor added a personal touch that made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting with top-notch hospitality.
Disliked: The location is lovely and staff were welcoming, but a few things let the experience down. The carpet in both the foyer and my room looked like it could really use a good steam clean—it felt a bit tired and not as fresh as it should be. The furniture is quite outdated, and unfortunately the TV in my room wasn’t working at all. With a bit of updating and attention to these details, it could be a much better stay.
