The housekeeper stole my cologne...

Disliked: When I extended my stay I was told I needed to switch rooms. I packed up my belongings and went downstairs to check in. The front desk woman told me that I needed to wait 15 min so I sat n waiting then called me over to check in. Told me I didn’t need to switch rooms anymore so she swiped my card. I went upstairs to my room. The Housekeeper with a black ponytail told me that my room was dirty. Which was offensive. Like obviously, that’s why you’re here to clean it. I didn’t say that. She was right where I left my charger plugged in and also where I left my cologne. I didn’t notice till about a couple hours later. Then I called the front desk and told her the woman that was cleaning my room took my charger and she said that the housekeepers left for the day already… it was barely 3PM…

Disliked: There were people outside the room and our window shade was broken. So you could see in or out if we didn't cover it and out TV wouldn't work and the manager try to fix it but couldn't and he didn't which us rooms

Disliked: The sink in my room was leaking

Liked: Location and nice comfortable bed
Disliked: No complaints!

Disliked: It was horrible the beds and floors were disgusting looks like they didn’t even change the sheets photos aren’t what it looks like smells like cigarettes fire alarm broken doors wouldn’t open without a kick. When letting the manager know she proceeded to say “that’s how I work “ like ??? 0/10 don’t recommend .

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was ok, but when making waffles they got stuck. Didn't even eat them. They need a new waffle maker.
Disliked: I didn't like that the rooms were not cleaned. Floors in the bathroom were dirty and you can tell by looking behind the doors. Holes in the walls. There was spoiled food in the refrigerator.
