Disturbed sleep by noisy heating...

Liked: Location was good for what we needed it for.
Disliked: We stayed in room 126 and it was exacty above the reception area. There was a loud noise coming from just outside our window when we checked in. The receptionist said it would stop at 10pm and should be fine afterwards. It did stop at 10pm, however it started again at 4:30am!!!! for more than 30-40mins waking us up. We had to close the window which made the room feel very stuffy as the room was quite warm in general. We complained to the receptionist next day. She said it was the heating and they can't do anything about it and if it happened again they would have moved us to another room. However we only stayed for 2 nights so it wasn't much help and sure enough it happened the next night again waking us up AGAIN! At check out we mentioned to the receptionist and she made a note and said they would send it to head office. We haven't heard anything back from them. If you are in any way a light sleeper avoid hotel or the rooms on the front.
