Great friendly hotel in good...

Liked: A favourite place to stay in London, helpful friendly staff. Beautiful comfortable rooms, with tea, coffee and water every day. Can’t comment on breakfast as we did room only. The bar downstairs is great for pre/after dinner drinks and the hotel is in a great place for exploring London.
Disliked: -

Very pleasent

Liked: Breakfast always good, staff always pleasant and helpful. Lovely location, stayed many times.
Disliked: Very hard just to get a simple sandwich from room service, been frustrated a good few times.

Lovely hotel but the room...

Liked: Very nice luxury hotel in my favourite part of Mayfair.
Disliked: My room was a little smaller than expected and my view was of a limited outside area making it feel a little pokey. However the room itself was nicely decorated and clean and the bathroom was excellent

Superb

Liked: I really liked the hotel concept. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly. Continental Breakfast was excelent. Bar downstairs was perfect.
Disliked: I just noticed that the hotel staff didn't have chairs to rest when they weren't busy. They stood all day, and it was inhumane. I hope they were provided with a comfortable work environment.

Exceptional

Overall, wonderful. Although, overpriced.

Liked: Lovely design and very spacious.
Disliked: Service charge and hidden charges for the use of room service. We found that , for a 1 night stay, the price was exceptionally high. No clear room allocation on images on your booking confirmation - we expected a bath and had a walk in shower instead.

Disliked: We was suppose to have an executive king room and we believe we had a small normal room extremely small bathroom followed by the remaining room as well.
