Convenient for theatreland/Covent Garden with enough eating places in the vicinity to make up for no food facilities in the hotel.

Liked: Good sized room (number 42) with adequate coffee and tea supplies; large bathroom was bright and airy.

Useful hotel if you want...

Liked: Stayed here because it is very close to the Royal Opera House. Rooms were fine and the staff were welcoming.
Disliked: Hotel is on a pedestrian-only street so we couldn't drop off our luggage.

Liked: Great welcome, lovely room with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottles of water. Location great for Covent Garden with many places to eat and drink very nearby.
Disliked: Nothing - we will return!

Liked: Such a central location. In a great area so much to see and do. Hotel was very comfortable . We has a family room which was very spacious clean and comfortable.

Disliked: The lack of facilities… wish there was a fridge in the room or a bar/breakfast options in the hotel.

Perfect place to spend time...

Liked: Perfect location for major touristic sites. Reception was kind and polite, and my room was great atmosphere! It was really cute. I was worried about bed bugs in London, which was absolutely unnecessary thought here.
Disliked: I was not sure how to lock the key from inside but seemed okay.

Liked: Outstanding location.Superb reception staff.Beautiful building with charm and character.Good value for money.
Disliked: The age of the building means there in inevitably some issues with creaky or rattly doors/windows/plumbing, which are pretty unavoidable. On one of the days housekeeping forgot to replenish our refreshments.
