Convenient for theatreland/Covent Garden with enough eating places in the vicinity to make up for no food facilities in the hotel.
Liked: Good sized room (number 42) with adequate coffee and tea supplies; large bathroom was bright and airy.

Liked: It?s location
Disliked: I was not made aware of the construction work being carried out right next to the hotel. The room we was allocated was literally metres away from the site and the noise in the morning from 7.45 was horrendous. The fixtures in the bathroom was loose. I.e the shower head, taps, grill on the wall. Water stained ceilings in the bathroom and the silicone was awfully discoloured. This is not what I expect from a room worth £179 per night. I will not be staying with you again or recommending the hotel.

Great location, not great value...
Liked: The best thing about the hotel was its location. It was excellent - in the hub of Covent Garden. Also our room was clean and did serve the purpose of a one night stay for going to the theatre. The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The room was compact and a little jaded and the frosted glass in the windows made it claustrophobic. The curtains were hanging off some of the rings and the lampshades by the bed looked grubby.

Great location if you want...
Liked: Fantastic location for Covent Garden in a quiet street; comfortable bed and a great shower.
Disliked: Room was looking a little tired with water-staining on the bathroom ceiling. Windows were painted shut and the air conditioning was unbearably noisy to leave on.

Will definitely return.
Liked: Reception staff friendly & helpful. Location excellent. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Bathrooms a little dated and could have been a little cleaner - I hate to see mouldy grouting. Otherwise fine

Liked: A decent room, 24 hour reception and fab location for Covent Garden and West End theatres. Everything you need for an overnight stay. There is no bar or restaurant, but plenty of such establishments nearby, or a Tesco Express at the Strand nearby for in-room drinking
Disliked: The bed could?ve done with better pillows. It?s the usual dilemma of a lot of modern hotels - the pillows are a bit hard and flat; using one lacks any real head support but using two is just a little uncomfortable on the neck...
