Liked: Everything from the second i walked in the premises to being served by the lovely Reya and Petra, excellent communication with them both, explained everything i required to know.Room was huge and clean cannot faultBar service was excellent with friendly staffCannot rate the food due to not using the facilities,
Disliked: Handing the key in and leaving the premises

I needed a family room...

Liked: Overnight stop was GVFM. Liked being able to get an on site restaurant meal quite late.
Disliked: I didn’t have a breakfast but may have done if there was a room rate for B&B at the time of booking. I emailed M&B asking for a B&B price before booking but didn’t get a reply.

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Conveniently situated for our purposes, comfortable room, nice restaurant. Good value overall.
Disliked: Room description said 'seating area', which turned out to mean a single chair. It would have been fine although not really what we were expecting, but luckily they were able to move us to a room with a settee, which we were quite happy with.
