Liked: The bedding
Disliked: Reception not manned. Waiting to check in. Given a room with ceiling falling in - apparently a mistake! The fausty smell, dark rooms with poor lighting. Very old decor especially the bathroom.

Not disability friendly

Liked: The room seemed clean enough, ground floor was essential as I am disabled
Disliked: The bed was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard there was no give in it at all. I asked for a walk in shower but there was only a shower over the bath so I couldn't use it. I would say this hotel is not disability friendly.

Liked: Breakfast was fine, Room was lovely, Dinner was really good.
Disliked: Problem in the bathroom ,could not have a bath as there was no bath wash or bubble bath at bath level, the shower and hair wash was high up near the shower head.but the shelve near the bath level was empty.
