Liked: I always stay here when I travel back to my hometown. Staff is great and the location is perfect for anything we need. Thank you guys for all you do and making our stay fantastic!!

Decent little no frills place...

Liked: Nice location, very close to downtown Felton and a short drive to Santa Cruz. Nice nature setting, nestled in the redwoods and with a little river in the back. A few activities like horse shoes, a fire pit, and a shed that has books, toys, and games to borrow.
Disliked: I think the owners live above the main office, and they blast their music all day long. At night it’s ok, but if you’re on the property during the day, prepare to hear loud music, whether you like it or not. The sound carries throughout the property, all the way down to the river, so you can’t even go there to escape it. Also the accommodations are very no-frills. You get some towels and basic cookware. Other simple, common things like a fan, iron, hair dryer, etc., you have to bring your own.
