Liked: Excellent value. Efficient check in. Daniel was perfect host explain hotel facilities via Google translate.
Disliked: Bar on site, which apparently closed at 9.00 pm no exceptions but for 2 minutes of ver 9.00. No times indicated. We had had a long drive and would have appreciated a night cap before turning in. Night reception not friendly or flexible.

Liked: Basic but perfectly nice. Warm and efficient welcome from Sebastian who promised to keep a close eye on my car. I like that they had CCTV in their own car park as my car had been broken at a hotel in Sitges, Spain the night before (I put plastic on the window as a temporary repair).Sebastian kindly sent me off with a free coffee in the morning. Disliked: Perhaps a bit noisy by the road, but I slept well so no problem.

Exceptional

Liked: As we are traveling through France by car to go back to Spain, this hotel was a perfect place to just spend the night and hit the road again. The host, Romialde, was so nice and helpful: he took my reservation 30mins before the reception closed and left everything ready for us to arrive late at night and get into our rooms with no problem. We found the heater on and the rooms so warm which was so nice since it was pretty cold outside (early March time). He also speaks perfect English, which made it much easier for us.We got some coffee in the morning and it was delicious, I totally recommend it!

Liked: This hotel is stunning and beautifully clean loved the shower very powerful with lots of different features would definitely recommend the hotel and foodxxxx
Disliked: Would of liked a couple of English channels on the TV but over all enjoyed our stay

Liked: Host very nice . Air conditioning in room at the time of our stay it was 38*Came for a rugby match and it was very convenient for the stadium in Bordeaux
Disliked: Room felt damp due to Aircon. Room was dark and a slight smell possibly from Aircon.

Disliked: No room between wall and bed meaning someone had to climb over the length of the bed to get in. OK for someone young and agile but definitely a problem for older clients or anyone with limited mobility. Walls and floors so thin you could hear everything from the rooms nextdoor and above you.Bathroom was a wet room but once the floor was wet it became exceptionally slippy. This was made worse because water didn't drain.
