Overall disappointing

Liked: Attractive building with lovely dining rooms and beautiful grounds.
Disliked: Appreciate this is a listed building however in all the information about the hotel there is no mention of the steep staircase and the many additional steps to get to some rooms. Had this been highlighted, we would have requested a ground floor room. I started to list a few other issues but suffice to say our experience across the 2 days in many aspects was not enjoyable

Lovely venue , great value...

Liked: Lovely staff, lovely food and lovely environment. Large car park , very spacious room very quiet at night . Used as a stopover travelling south , the venue didn’t disappoint . Great value . Would definitely use again .
Disliked: Nothing
