A beautiful hotel with fabulous...

Liked: We loved our stay. The staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The building, styling, decor and quality of furnishings/fittings/cornicing etc are beautiful. The breakfasts and the breakfast room were fabulous. We also attended a wedding during our stay and it was amazing. The staff were outstanding at all times and as a wedding venue it absolutely shone. Will definitely stay again.

Liked: Lovely looking place
Disliked: Our room needed a bit tlc in some parts of it and you weren’t able to move the shower head if you didn’t want to get your hair wet which wasn’t ideal so needed to use the bath

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Stunning place for a wedding. However, tips were taken automatically when drinks were bought. There was a small A5 notice on the bar. This was only noticed after a couple of rounds of drink. Not highlighted by staff, was only seen because I stood in a different place at the bar. No information on what the percentage was.
