I didn’t even stay. Couldn’t....

Liked: The location was the only good thing.
Disliked: Not as advertised. I’m disputing my credit card charge. One side of the room was about a foot higher than the other.

Only good thing about this...

Liked: Comfy bed and good location near Paddington station
Disliked: No lift, lots of uncomfortable stairs to reach room, the furniture is dated, what was supposed to be a wardrobe is in actual fact a wooden boxroom, tiniest sink ever in the bathroom, small noisy fan, wooden beam window difficult to open, light bulb went off after first night, no toiletries, no fridge/minibar, no light sockets near bed.

Disliked: A little bit tight for room but that is in keeping with what is available in the area.

It was a comfortable stay...

Liked: It’s very close to Paddington Station and also walking distance to many attractions. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants nearby and they’re open late. Beds are comfortable. Shower is nice. The receptionist with the wonderful British accent is so helpful, kind and friendly. Although the place is very central, it is quiet and peaceful. The view was also very nice. There’s drinking water in the entrance.
Disliked: It would be better with soap. There was none. The receptionist lady said there was shampoo and shower gel which could be used :/

Overall, our stay in Falcon...

Liked: The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is just perfect to travel going from and to different places.
Disliked: There’s no ventilation and it’s quite hot in the summer.
