Liked: Extremely good location right near Paddington Station and close walk to Hyde Park. Friendly staff and felt safe. Good value for money compared to other hotel rooms
Disliked: Be warned, this room is incredibly small. You will struggle to fit your luggage and yourself in the room. If you plan to only be in the room for sleeping then it's fine

Liked: On a positive note, the manager was genuinely lovely and kind — definitely the highlight of the stay.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than expected — honestly closer to a capsule hotel in size. There wasn’t even a single fork available; we asked and were simply told there were none. The bathroom and room were quite run-down and in need of maintenance. Rooms on the top floor have a view of nothing but a wall.The walls are extremely thin — unpleasant smells from the bathroom seemed to spread through the entire place. This is really only suitable for a 1-2 night stay at most, and even then, carrying heavy luggage up all those stairs (with no lift) is something to think twice about.
