Fairway Hotel

No breakfast, no warm water

Disliked: I had booked a room through booking.com for my family for three nights including breakfast. And the confirmation by booking.com included breakfast. But when I asked about breakfast times at the hotel, the man at the reception said that they didn't serve breakfast and never had. When I referred to my booking, the man became angry and said that I should "discuss that with your agents". Obviously, he meant booking.com, and complained that I had booked through them. Strangely, when I looked again at my bookings, the breakfast had been deleted from the details at booking.com!!!When there wasn't any warm water in the shower next morning, we left the hotel and booked a stay at another hotel for the remaining two nights.

Liked: The location is good. Not too close to the center, but very close to train stations and the underground stations. The rooms are small but there was still enough space for all the things you may need for a short stay.
Disliked: The rooms were hot and there was no way to cool them down.
