It was ok.
Liked: An average hotel for London
Disliked: Staff weren’t really focused on guest care, seemed more interested in chatting with each other.

Cheap, cheerful, with stellar staff.
Liked: The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful!The reception staff made sure I was happy with my room and even changed in when another room was more suitable for me. They were very friendly and made it clear they were happy to help in whatever way they could.I travel with a stuffed toy and the housekeepers were very respectful of him and made sure he had pride of place on the bed everyday after their visit.The room itself was basic but that was as expected. It was clean, if in need of a refresh in terms of decoration and fittings, but again, for the price it was perfectly reasonable and the functionality was sufficient.
Disliked: Only thing I would note is the lack of accessibility in terms of space on the stairs and between the fire doors and room door.Do make sure to book a ground floor room and request assistance should you have any mobility issues or physical impairment. Though it is worth mentioning the staff accomodate as much as possible!

Super friendly staff, very helpful....
Liked: Location to St Pancras international is amazing, literally a 5 min walk. Close to coffee shops and places to eat.

Excellent comfortable stay
Liked: Location was excellent for the venue I was attending. Being a solo traveler I felt very safe, own front door key to the property, and lock & chain on bedroom door.Room was comfortable and clean. Had everything I needed for a short stay. Bed linen and pillows were good. I was grateful for the fan in the room.It is fairly noisy outside, but you are in central London not the countryside!Staff were lovely on check in & check out, so friendly and welcoming.Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Liked: Very close and convenient for St Pancras & Kings Cross stations. Good restaurant and pub options nearby.
Disliked: The stairs are very steep and narrow. Difficult if you have a lot of bags, especially if heavy.
