Liked: Closeness to local transport
Disliked: Space

Very good

Liked: Location close to St Pancras and Euston station. Many good restaurants nearby, along with a small Tesco.
Disliked: The room plus the bathroom were too small for 3. Not enough space to open luggage easily. But it was a good value for money

Value for money, ideal for...

Liked: The property was close to the train stn just a 2 min walk. It was ideal for simply sleeping in if you have to leave early in the morning but I would not otherwise wish to spend any longer in the room - however good value for money.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy at nighttime, doors slamming and other guests were a bit noisy. Some shouting late at night.

No breakfast, no warm water

Disliked: I had booked a room through booking.com for my family for three nights including breakfast. And the confirmation by booking.com included breakfast. But when I asked about breakfast times at the hotel, the man at the reception said that they didn't serve breakfast and never had. When I referred to my booking, the man became angry and said that I should "discuss that with your agents". Obviously, he meant booking.com, and complained that I had booked through them. Strangely, when I looked again at my bookings, the breakfast had been deleted from the details at booking.com!!!When there wasn't any warm water in the shower next morning, we left the hotel and booked a stay at another hotel for the remaining two nights.
