Disliked: We never managed to get to the property because it was closed due to a burst water pipe in the roof, without being informed beforehand. We arrived at the location and found a note on the door says “DUE TO A BURST WATER PIPE IN THE ROOF TO THE MAIN TANK, UNFORTUNATELY THE HOTEL HAS HAD TO CLOSE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.FOR ANY CHECK INS PLEASE CALLBOOKING.COM OR WHO YOU BOOKED WITH TO BE RELOCATED.” We tried to contact the hotel to explain the situation and request a refund, but we haven’t received a response yet.

Disliked: ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Hotel Closed on Arrival, No RefundI booked this hotel through Booking.com in advance, only to arrive and find it completely CLOSED with no staff, no signage, and no prior communication whatsoever. I was left stranded with no accommodation, in an unfamiliar place, late in the evening.To make matters worse, I have received no refund for the booking. I reached out to both the hotel and Booking.com customer service, but the issue has not been resolved. This is completely unacceptable.Avoid this property at all costs unless you want to risk being left without a room and out of pocket. I expected much better from a platform like Booking.com – extremely disappointing experience.
