Awful. Avoid at all costs

Liked: Absolutely nothing at all good to say about this hotel.
Disliked: Can't even have the decency to inform guests the hotel is shut. Keeps money and makes paying guests chase after a refund!!

Liked: Stay away from this place they quick to take ur money but when u get there it's close an no one tells u it's close disgusting very poor don't go there they need to be shut down

Liked: When we got there there was a sign on the door saying they'd had a burst water main and was shut but didn't think to send me an email or anything before we got there to tell us
Disliked: Everything about a place the homeless people sleeping in the car park

Liked: Nothing, the hotel was closed and no notice given so turned up to be surprised by it being closed.
Disliked: No communication that the hotel was closed. Really poor

VERY POOR

Liked: Hotel was closed! No warning and no help from Booking.com. Had to pay a fortune to find another hotel last minute on a busy sunny weekend.
Disliked: It was closed. No prior warning.

Liked: Nothing. Hotel was closed when I arrived with a note on the door that it was closed. No phone call to warn me, no email and the hotel next door said it has been closed for 6 weeks. Nothing done by booking.com to relocate me.

Liked: Nothing! Hotel was closed on arrival! No communication whatsoever ever! Looking back at reviews on other sites booking.com were made aware from other customers of the hotel closure yet never communicated with us!
