Very poor

Liked: The second floor spa is good, especially I did the facial very nice, and sauna is free and nice. Massage is just soso, maybe I chose the normal one is not good.
Disliked: The room is not clean, I took the pictures every corner has dust, at beginning I think it seems not too many people live in this HOTEL. BUT when I stayed for three nights, I knew why. Firstly the housekeeping will not come in the morning, sometimes when I finished my meeting in the morning and came back in the afternoon, the room still untidy. IT seems hotel want to save money to hire more people to clean. Secondly the housecleaning people did not clean the table ,did not vacuum on the floor, my hair will keep very day on the floor more and more. Even I stayed at room watching her cleaning, she would not do vacuum and not clean the table, leave dust on them. AND I have to request her to do, she would pull in the machine to clean the floor. UNPROFESSIONAL. And there is a MARY contacted me by text since I booked the hotel, saying a lot of welcome and high qualified words to make me feel like a VIP. On first day I COMPLAINED with her by text, and she promised me would arranged house cleaning next day at 10am which I REQUESTED, BUT nothing happened, the housekeeping did not appear until I finished sauna after noon time. Third, in room dining, need waited long long time although they promised would be ready in 30mins or 40mins. I SUGGESTED order at least one hour and 30mins ago. I ordered two boiled eggs, the eggs coming with flooding liquid when I broken them, it seemed cooked without enough time. I DID three times in room dinning, every time will be disappointing. WAITED LONG TIME OR QUICK BUT UNCOOKED WELL.I strongly feel the hotel do not have enough people working which make the service is not good as a five star hotel. By the way , is it a five star HOTEL? PRICE IS one night 330 US Dollars, I heard due to the inflation, such rate can not support a five star service. MAYBE IT is my request too much. I paid tips everytime for room service ,house cleaning and valet. Mary OFFERED me a starbucks for my bad feelings .

Liked: Great, friendly staff who helped with providing directions and suggestions to nearby restaurants and attractions. Great room, comfortable bed and pillows. Room service from fl2 restaurant was beyond great! A wonderful stay all-around. No complaints at all.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

More like a 4-star

Liked: Great view and location.
Disliked: It didn't really feel like a 5-star experience. More like a 4-star. Also, why do I get Wi-Fi free at a 3-star and I have to pay for it at a 5-star. I know this is a common practice, but come on, it's almost 2025.

Crusty, old, disgusting.

Liked: The hotel can only be described as crusty and overpriced. I rarely write reviews but feel obligated to in warning other travelers. It was a nice location and front desk services were perfect. Those two things 1) location and 2) front desk service do not overcome this crusty and disgusting hotel.
Disliked: 1. Check-in time was not respected. I arrived at 2:35 with expected check-in at 3:00 PM. I did NOT expect to be checked in early. I simply wanted to be checked in at 3 pm and was happy to order 4x priced drinks on the 2nd floor until check-in. The person helping me said they MIGHT be able to accomodate the agreed 3 PM check-in and would text me when room was available. No text and at nearly 4 PM was checked-in.2. Dirty dishes everywhere. I am not a drama queen, but if I'm paying $300 per night you can't have dirty dishes outside rooms like the Red Roof Inn EVERYWHERE outside every single room. I could smell the rats. Outside almost every door were 1-2 day old room services dishes smelling like eggs in a dishwasher.3. 5G LTE Blocking with $25 per day WiFi. This hotel is using advanced routing technology to BLOCK your mobile data use. How do I know this? I work in technology. They are actively BLOCKING your phone to connect to its natural cell tower so they can upsell you on $25 per day wifi. I admit, if I was a business owner this is genius. Its like owning a car wash and spreading bird seed on all the cars so they poop and have to use your service.4. Bath tub water is not hot and the bath tub fits only an adolescent human. Hotel advertises every room has a bath tub. What they actually did is cut every bath tub in half and split it into a half bath tub and half shower. Unless you are actutually half the size of a normal human being you are then uncomfortable. Its almost like they said he likes apples and she likes pears so lets provide both so cut them in half, so each person gets some of what they want but only half. Its an incredibly stupid business decison.5. Room cleaning every 3 nights. Eh, not so much upset by this. It's one of thos Covid polices that never changed. You're a "luxuary" hotel, you're not but pretending to be.6. No modern anything. Want a USB charger by your bed that even the motel by the airport has?...
