Disliked: They staff poeple who make fradulenrlt charges on your credit card and ignore any complaints. Ignored BBB COMPLAINTS AND NEVER REACHED OUT TO FIX THE ISSUES. Complete disregard for complaints.

Excellent hotel

Liked: I loved this hotel. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable and very clean. The staff were all extremly nice and welcoming. I loved my stay.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and the TV allowed me to stream a movie when I got back to the hotel at night.
Disliked: The breakfast does end a little early for me and the lighting was good, but could use one more light, but either than that, everything was great!

Liked: Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely decorated and the staff is very welcoming. The hotel lobby gives off a clean scent as soon as you walk in, as do the rooms and halls. The coffee in the lobby is surprisingly great quality for a hotel, and the breakfast has a decent amount of options. The employees do a great job of keeping the breakfast area well stocked. The hotel is near the freeway but is insulated well enough to get a good nights rest. We have stayed twice at this location and have enjoyed both stays.
Disliked: During our first stay, the elevator was not working. The restroom wallpaper was peeling a little bit and seemed a bit outdated.

Bad

Disliked: Booked because my family was all staying there, and realized the day of that they don't allow dogs. No one was able to cancel my booking. We were charged full price and didn't even stay.
