Nice staff; clean inside; everything well kept. Was a great place to stay - stayed there for a concert that night and had no problems at all.

Decent stay overall.

Liked: Liked the easy check in.
Disliked: Property under renovations. The new tiles in the restroom were cracked and loose. Bedding was stained yellow.

First time was great this...

Liked: The location is perfect right by any shopping area, good restaurant, and within five minutes of the Saginaw Spirit hockey rink 10 minutes from the MBS airport. The staff is super friendly.
Disliked: I love this hotel I just wish when they start a renovation or remodel it is stated the poolWas freezing cold heater was down and did not tell anyone so my son was froze the parking lot had nails in it from the remodel and lack of parking with all the boxes for storage also the room tv was broken and the curtains were ripped which staff should of replaced

Liked: The front desk staff (male) was very nice and tried to help me in every way. He offered to help carry my bags up when all the carts were gone. He came up to try and fix my refrigerator that was not working. He went above and beyond.
Disliked: We were in the king suite. Which I would expect it to be better than the other rooms. The refrigerator does not work. The tv kept turning off while we were watching it. Hardly any channels. No extra blankets in the room. The blankets issue was corrected
