Liked: You had gluten free muffins
Disliked: Could hear the road noise. And bathroom fan is loud

Excellent location and good, hot...

Liked: Location is convenient to lots of tourist attractions and is close to KC. Loved the breakfast - many choices (eggs, sausage and waffles too!) and staff kept everything very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were there 2 nights, and our room wasn't cleaned. Not sure what happened there but we didn't have our towels replenished even though we left the used ones on the floor as requested. Had to ask for more toilet paper because it wasn't restocked.

The hotel was not what...

Disliked: The bed was very slept in- not comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were closed the second night I was there and I had picked this hotel because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The food for breakfast could have been more varied. For the amount of money I paid the room and bathroom were tiny.

Good place, but just average...

Liked: Nice clean place, good facilities, easy to find.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit sparse. And, not the hotel's fault but there was a college sports team staying there and they completely took over the hot tub, pool area, and breakfast area. We wanted to use the hot tub after a long day on the road but there was no way.

Disliked: Lack of signage at property made it a bit confusing finding it.Would have been nice to have more places to sit things. Not a lot of counter space atBathroom sink. Pillows were not great.
