Very convenient

Liked: Location.Customer service is excellent. Britany from the front desk was amazing helping us print a file, we sign and she scan to send back. Very attentive, polite.
Disliked: Do not have beverages on the fridge

Liked: It had everything we wanted, was clean, and was in a good location.
Disliked: That a staff member went to the breakfast area and hoarded all the sausage just before breakfast ended.

Disliked: Need regular size foam pillows for people who need to sleep on these.

Liked: Room was clean, staff was friendly. Good value.
Disliked: Pool was closed for maintenance. Mattress was too firm. Walls are not well soundproofed

Not worth the money

Liked: This property is right in the heart of Manchester.
Disliked: The room was dirty had an empty bottle of beer hidden behind the curtain. One of the pillows had yellow stains on it gross. A big spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Tile on bathroom floor was coming off wall and in need of repair. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was ok they had bagels but no cream cheese, and no orange juice.

I left the room. I didnt stay the night
