Disappointed to say the least

Liked: The room was not as advertised by booking.com. The pictures of the king room, were not the room I got a check in. The hotel and booking.com were not willing to rectify the situation. I have tried to reach the hotel general manager Nina Marconi and spoken did not receive a call back. I am extremely disappointed.

It wasn't the greatest place...

Liked: The customer service was great! The front desk clerk was so nice to me and my family.
Disliked: It smelled in out room, it was hot, and it was not very clean.

Decent stay but will probably...

Liked: Staff was friendly and the location was good. Free parking and breakfast. Coffee was good.
Disliked: The hotel is old and outdated. The carpet in the elevator is disgusting. The hot water in the shower runs for about 5 minutes before it goes luke warm. Many of our room keys stopped working. The beds are uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in them.

Liked: It was close to our destination.
Disliked: It didn’t smell clean in the hallways. Why are they only serving waffles on Saturday and Sunday and not during the week?
