Very disappointing!
Liked: The breakfast was good. Dining area was kept clean.
Disliked: The property needs updating. The elevator floor was dirty and cracked and had an odd smell. The bathroom had very poor lighting and bulb was flickering. The bath tub/shower was old with some staining. There were piles of electrical cords on the floor in two places. The worst is that we paid over $800 for 3 nights and had no services to our room. We had to call the front desk to get clean towels, coffee,, etc. When we checked out we did speak to the manager. He apologized but said they don't service/clean the rooms every day. We were not told that upon check-in. There was no compensation because we booked the room through Booking.com. We would not stay there again.

Liked: The property is located conveniently, is clean, the staff were great, but the BED was HORRIBLE. It was so hard, and you could literally feel springs. C’mon, upgrade your mattresses. Other than that, loved it! :)

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful. The fitness center my kids liked
Disliked: They didn't disclose online the pool wasn't able to be used and there was no hot tub. I would of booked elsewhere had I known.
