Birthday trip had to get...

Liked: Location was great, close to everything we were there for.
Disliked: Was assigned a handicap room ( lights blinked constantly) thank GOODNESS it didn’t trigger a seizure for my husband. Asked front desk about room assignment and was told it was assigned randomly when booked. Every time we showered water was all across the bathroom floor. Bathroom could use maintenance touch up. My cc was charged oddly for $1 moments after check in, asked front desk and she had no idea why.

Great location! Easy to get...

Liked: The room was wide and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available every morning and there was gym that's open 24 hours. Great location in Downtown Pittsburgh. Nearby to bus stops and a rail station.

Liked: Breakfast was great, location is a great location for walking to restaurants and bars, easy access to the freeway, 10mins to the tunnels

Liked: Breakfast food and selection was good and breakfast staff was exceptionally nice. All the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the guys at the valet desk were efficient and courteous. Convenient to Pittsburgh light rail system with free service to PNC Park.
Disliked: Housekeeping had to be asked to clean our room (was supposed to happen every 2 days - we were there 5 days). Location is beside noisy highways but we knew that going in.

Disliked: no parking for guest, thats terrible , if i spend 200 per night then i should have free parking thats pathetic...

Central location.

Liked: The location of the hotel is optimal for a traveler using public transportation. The light rail line is in walking distance to the hotel. In addition, it's really close to a lot of amenities like restaurants and convenience stores.
Disliked: The only two things are minor. First, the person who checked me in seemed confused at how many days I was actually staying. The second is that the floors/ceilings are very thin. You could easily hear people walking around.
