Vacation of family of 4...

Liked: Comfortable beds and location. Dimension of the room. Friendly staff person at reception.
Disliked: The breakfast was chaotic. Many missing items, including dishes, cutlery, coffee. It was Easter weekend but still they should have been better prepared. The sky roof bar was not open and it had been one of the reasons we chose the hotel. It was supposed to be open in spring and summer, and it was spring, and the weather was beautiful when we were there. No explanation was given as to why it was closed. There were not enough towels in the room. We were 4 and the room had only 3 large towels. We asked to 3 different people for the additional towel and it was never provided. Some staff members were not very friendly (e.g the usher that keeps the luggage in storage).

Liked: Hotel location is great. Get a room on the back side - the view is not interesting but it is so quiet and it will feel like a respite from city noise.
Disliked: Rooms were not super clean - there was garbage on the floor and some stains on the sheets. One bed had a bedbug cover but the other did not. The elevators are a logistical mess - we had to add 10 minutes travel time anytime we left or returned to the hotel due to the slow and inefficient elevators. Our room was up too high for the stairs to be an option.

Exceptional.

Liked: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and amazing customer service support by Shea. The hotel itself is very well taken care off, clean and in a very strategic location, close to the main subways, Times Square and Midtown Manhattan.
Disliked: The Rooftop was closed during our stay, it would be helpful to know beforehand.

We have good experience during...

Liked: The main reason we chose this Hotel is due to the location near the train station and it was superb. The room was as per expectation, quite spacious as compared to other Hotel stayed before. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Everything was superb and no further comment.

Disliked: The room was not clean. Despite the request, it has not received a cleaning service.
