Liked: The hotel was amazing. The staff were all very nice. They held onto our bags well before we could check in and well after we checked out. The bed was extremely comfortable and you couldn't hear any of the city noise from our room. The location was perfect right next to the train station, you could see Madison Square Garden from front of hotel. The roof top bar was nice and everything was in walking distance, including Central Park. The breakfast was awesome, the staff was refilling everything right up until the end. I will definitely book here again.

Liked: Great location!! The staff were very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean. The Breakfast selection was good.
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable. Other than that, my stay was great.

A good place to use...

Liked: Great location by Penn Station. Awesome for walking around the city.
Disliked: Prices varied a lot and to stay an extra night was expensive. Decided to move to another hotel for the extra night.

All in all a decent...

Liked: I couldn’t have asked as a tourist for a better location. Penn station just a couple of minutes away on foot to hop on any train or underground connection, Times square only 15 minutes walk.
Disliked: Way too expensive for the quality of services we got. Cleaning was also not at its best. Breakfast only served till 9:30.

Not Perfect, But the Location...

Liked: This hotel makes up for everything with its convenient location — right in front of the subway and Amtrak station.
Disliked: I stayed for 9 days and 8 nights.Breakfast was disappointing — if you went a little late, many of the food items were already gone. There often weren't enough utensils, plates, or forks, and the staff was very slow to refill things.One of the female staff members at the front desk was quite unfriendly, to the point where I avoided asking questions when she was around. In contrast, the housekeeping staff were always kind and helpful — a big plus.There were also some maintenance issues — the bathroom sink got clogged and had to be fixed, and the towels seemed quite old.Still, the hotel's location makes up for all of that. It's right in front of the subway and Amtrak station, which made getting around incredibly convenient.
