Liked: A perfect vacation in the heart of Manhattan!We stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Times Square hotel and the experience was simply excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Times Square, Broadway, and other major sites, which made the stay especially comfortable.The staff was professional and very helpful – always with a smile and a desire to help. We would like to especially mention Jonathan from the front desk staff who came up to our room especially with balloons and chocolates to celebrate the 18th birthday of one of the family members. In addition, it was fun every morning to get up and go to the dining room where the staff was extremely kind, smiling, cordial, and eager to please in every way possible. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with an extremely comfortable bed and. A huge bonus point – the included breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, far beyond what we expected from a hotel in Manhattan.In addition, the overall feeling was one of peace and security – very important in New York. The price was very fair in relation to the quality and location.In conclusion: highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, central, and affordable hotel in Manhattan.

Comfy enough place with excellent...

Liked: Excellent location, walking distance from many midtown attractions and less than 500 meters from Port Authority subway station , so other areas are very conveniently accessible. Staff especially front desk are very helpful . Very safe area as well. Lots of food options available nearby
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small but functional with all the amenities

Hidden Gem of Manhatten

Liked: The professionalism of the front desk staff and their helpfullness.
Disliked: The front office staff attended to my requests promptly and assisted me with an early check in. The maids were flexible in cleaning our room and maintenance staff were prompt and courteous.
