Decent value for money

Liked: Location was convenient, staff was courteous and friendly, breakfast was included.
Disliked: Housekeeping was inconsistent, elevators were slow and busy (sometimes had to wait for 15 mins), water pressure in the bathroom was low, area around the hotel is very busy because it is near the Port Authority bus terminal (we felt the need to walk quickly every time to avoid the crowds)

Liked: Location was great, not fully in Times Square, but close enough I felt safe walking back at night.The lady at the desk (name began with J, can’t remember it though) was lovely. A credit to the hotel! I’d told her of my issues with a previous hotel and she made sure I’d settled in this one.Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: It was busy at breakfast, but I took it for a takeout instead.

Liked: The location is very good, just opposite Port Authority bus station and the subway is at the corner of the street. It is walking distance from Times Square, Empire State Building, Bryant Park and all other iconic places. Plenty of food options just at the end of the street. The hotel is well equipped, staff is courteous and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious.
Disliked: The breakfast room could be bigger as it tended to get crowded but the host used to handle the crowd well and one didn't need to wait too long to be seated.
