The Fairfield Inn made my...

Liked: The location was PERFECT! The amenities were great and much needed! The entire staff were AWESOME very polite!
Disliked: I honestly didn’t have any dislikes! I’ll definitely stay there again.

Good location but much better...

Liked: It was in a good location.
Disliked: 1. Facilities not working - Ice machine and laundry coin change.2. Lifts took way too long to call.3. Breakfast was very ordinary and not much choice.

Looking forward to coming back...

Liked: The location was a big attractor for selecting along with the price point. Friendly and supportive staff. The staff was very helpful with ensuring our luggage was kept safe prior to check-in and at check-out while waiting to catch our train home. There was a small error with the room and staff (Victor) was so helpful and quick to correct the error - thanks!
Disliked: My friends and I wear there for a only one night - not much to say about what we didn't like, no complaints here. One suggestion, maybe slightly better signage. We did get turned around to locate the entrance but not a big deal.

Well priced option for Manhattan...

Liked: Loved the staff friendliness, the breakfast variety was good and the staff there was kind and accommodating, the beds were super comfortable, we slept like babies! Shout out to Christian and Felix who were very helpful in giving us directions to navigate the metro as first timers.
Disliked: Not much other than the room was on the smaller side, felt squashed as a family of 4, with 2 small kids, but it's New York so you just make do.

Liked: Polite staff
Disliked: Terrible breakfast.....more of a cantine with paper plates. Crowded and have to wait to find a seat in the cantine.Very noisy aircon.They had to change my room after 1st night and aircon was extremely noisy
