Superb
Liked: Great location, room with sofa was comfort , clean nice bathroom
Disliked: breakfast definitely needs to be improved..

Liked: The breakfast was ok compared to other hotels
Disliked: The staff wasn’t very helpful, the elevator wait time was crazy every time it was 15 minutes wait. They have an agreement with a parking lot and they don’t give you full details about it so ended up having to pay $150 extra for parking. When I asked them why am I getting charged for an extra 24hrs while I was parked for only 14hrs they said we have no idea and need to talk with the parking lot manager. They told me that if the car is there even a minute more than what it’s parked for it gets charged $50 which is absurd even then, although I got charged for another 24hr you can’t take the car out and park again every time you exit and enter you have to pay them again

Disliked: Upon arrival we were informed by rude and dismissive staff that our room was unavailable due to a burst pipe. We were dispatched on foot to another hotel with nothing but a post-it note to tell us where it was and how to get there.

Liked: location is close to the pier, the high line, hudson river etc. Good spread of food options around.
Disliked: room was smaller than expected, the lifts are very slow, and the breakfast was really disappointing

Disliked: My stay at the hotel was overall okay, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by an unresolved issue. During my stay, there was a leak in the bathroom which caused quite a bit of inconvenience. The staff promised a partial refund due to the incident, but despite multiple follow-ups, I never received it.Both I and Booking.com tried several times to contact the property afterwards, but there was no response at all. It’s really disappointing, as I expected better communication and accountability from the hotel. This experience has definitely affected my impression of the service.

All in all very easy...
Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, prime location.
Disliked: The overpacked breakfast area. Way too many people and also a very tight room.
