Disliked: Pool wasn't open yetBreakfast was served next door in another hotel Room wasn't ready at 3 pm and staff wasn't friendly about it when I pressed the issue I was given a king suite instead of 2 queens even though my reservation said 2 adults and 2 kids and a queen room. Then I was told there weren't any other rooms to switch me to and staff didn't seem to care about the mistake.

Disliked: Sheets and pillowcases were stained and dirty looking. Fourth floor under construction so noise beginning at 7-7:30 am, even on Sunday! No ice machines or vending machines available. Had to use the facility across/ next door for breakfast.

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Only one set of towels in the room and not wash cloths. Tried to call down to the front desk and the phone didn't work (I believe this is against the law to not have a working phone in a hotel room). Went down to get more towels and only received one wash cloth along with the bath towels. Sink didn't drain well as it took a couple of minutes for the water to completely drain. Plug on the desk lamp didn't work. No ready available plugs on the center stand between the two beds (had to unplug the lamp). One of the key cards didn't work. Breakfast was next door at the "sister property" and had to walk in the rain to eat and then return to the hotel.
