Disappointing. I expected more from...
Liked: The shuttle access with a very courteous and professional driverEarly check-in and the process was quick and efficientFriendly staff especially the agent who was at the front desk on check-inClean roomNice gymTwo complimentary bottles of water in the room and I receive several more during my stay
Disliked: The bathroom had a tub, but I preferred a shower. There were rails over the tub and toilet, indicating that the room was suitable for an elderly person or someone who required assistance. The bathtub drained slowly, and they offered to send Maintenance, but as I was checking out the next day, I told them I could wait. The room - the bed was too low, again lending support to my theory that it was intended for an elderly person. There was no safe or microwave. There was a mini iron board. The TV was positioned directly over the desk, making it difficult to work and watch TV simultaneously. The room had an adjoining door. There was a piece of furniture like a cupboard, but it had nothing in there. Not even shelves. Not sure what it was or why it was there. I put up a dnd sign, but when I came back, it was not hanging on the door, and there was a flyer on the floor in the room advertising food for a restaurant. The room was to the road, which was noisy at times. On Friday night, I could hear a live band playing. There was no AC in the lobby on Thursday or Friday
