Disliked: Some staff was very nice but all was disorganized. I stayed the 3 weeks in a row for 2 days ( Mon/ Tues ) for work. All booked through a 3 rd party , system was duendes second time and they charged me incorrectly from the hotel when I left. I called and said they would correct. They didn’t . Third time I went in showed all the confirmation numbers and Ankhil a manager brought in sad would correct. Still didn’t with in 10 days so had to file only cc to return. I told staff again about this and front desk person was rude said a third party booking and they had nothing g to do with it. Also charged me for incidentals I didn’t use as well didn’t respond when I told them the heat in my room didn’t work. Was bitterly disappointed in my experience. Used a few years ago and was good. Also when their system went down ( Dec 4 ) no manager showed up and guests had to wait hours after working all day fe 530 pm on to get into their rooms .
