Fairfield Inn's employees were kind and helpful; easy to check in and out; the room was clean and fresh, and it was close to my venue. I would have given a 5 but I could hear my neighbors through the walls.

Liked: The room was clean and perfect for me. I was not able to take advantage of any of the amenities.
Disliked: Sorry to say I could hear my neighbors loud and clear.

Disliked: The breakfast has a lot of variety but the quality isn’t good.

Liked: Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My allergies were bad when I was in the room. Not sure exactly what was causing me to sneeze during the night.

Liked: Staff is incredible. So helpful and nice. Location is outstanding. I was visiting for my daughter who is going to Liberty in the fall and the view is campus was amazing. And you could walk if you wanted.
Disliked: Perhaps a little updating. Gym is small but again nothing that would stop me from staying again!
