Worst ever

Liked: Casino
Disliked: The first room they put us in had a very bad order on the mattress. It smelled like STRONG AND DISCUSSING URIN! Thus is totally unacceptable! Then they proceeded to put us in another room at 1:00 am. When we got to that room and opened the door it was occupied with a man and a women already in there. One was asleep on the bed and the other one was sitting on the bed. All of this happened after a full day of driving and we had an early day of travel that morning! In addition they gave us a beautiful room but it only had a king size bed! I have always loved that hotel and was excited to book it through you guys. THIS MESS AND MOST UNIMAGINABLE EXPERIENCES. I DESERVE A REFUND PLUS TGE RESORT FEE I WAS CHARGED! Walking into a hotel room that is occurred could have had a deadly outcome. I would love.ro see you guys doing the right thing. Disliked: It was just not a very nice place. The smell wasn't great. It was clean, just felt old and outdated.

Liked: Nothing except the staff was very friendly
