It was an overall comforting...

Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast bar and hot tub. The room was a nice size &a pretty view of the smoky mountains.
Disliked: A couple maintaince problems in the room. Shower head µwave didn't work. The pull out couch was broken. The springs were busted on it. Dirty shower.

Superb

Liked: Location was great, within walking distance to Convention Center. Room was spacious and quiet.
Disliked: I wish there would have been more selections for breakfast.

Staff was great…breakfast was good…location...

Liked: Pillows were terrible. Hate 1 ply toilet paper. When I booked I was given a total of $438. When I left I was charged $499. Stating other tax ? Will not use booking again. Will go back to Expedia
