Disliked: Very, very noisy room, not soundproof very loud area no breakfast box available even though breakfast is paid for because staff does not arrive until after our departure

Liked: My family of about 25 people arrived approximately an hour and a half before check-in and were informed there was a waiting list. We were fine with that, but two employees insisted that we could simply return at 3 PM for regular check-in without being added to the list. When we came back at 3 PM, we were told there was now a three-page waiting list and that there was no estimate on how long we’d have to wait.Had we been told to add our names to the list when we first arrived, we likely would have had rooms ready by the time check-in began. Instead, my family and I waited an additional 3 to 4 hours after the official check-in time before finally receiving our room.Also, I was charged for daily parking starting the day we arrived, while others in the lobby were only charged for the remaining days of our cruise vacation. When my husband and I tried to ask an employee why we were charged for that first day despite paying to stay there overnight, she stated it was part of their policy. However, we were under the impression that parking charges should begin the day after checkout, not before.On a positive note, the room itself was very nice, spacious & perfect for a family of four. Still, the lack of communication and inconsistent charges made the start of our vacation more stressful than it needed to be.

Liked: Customer service was awful
Disliked: They charge my card $20.67 without an explanation. The final bill didn't have any changes however my credit card was charged and when I called to get an explanation of the charges, I was put on a hole for over an hour and no one was answering. Called back and asked for a manger...again no one is picking up
