Liked: Large rooms , quiet & helpful staff only negative the lifts were broken 3 of the days we were there & had to use the goods lift which at times we waited a long time for it to come

Liked: The location
Disliked: Only one elevator was working ! I was very disappointed with my stay. The amount of money I paid per night did not match the quality of the hotel or its facilities. Only one elevator was working, and we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Unlike other American hotels where they usually offer an upgrade or access to the executive lounge in such cases, this hotel did nothing to make up for the poor experience.This wasn’t my first time in New York, but it was definitely one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The bathroom was extremely small, and the room I booked was supposed to be spacious, but it turned out to be very cramped. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations at all.

Good location, not five star...

Liked: Location is great. The bed is nice.
Disliked: The elevator did not work properly making it hard to get in an out of the room on time for meetings. I had to wait up to 15 minutes for the elevator at times. There are no food options when you get in late in the room- no room service, no help.
