Will definitely consider again staying...

Liked: Very good location, spacious room for 2 adults, very comfortable bed.The pillows could be a bit harder.
Disliked: The pillows were rather too soft for me and my husband too.

Liked: The location is fabulous for ease of access to the subway. The bathroom was great but needed more counter space. the maid service everyday was top notch.
Disliked: the 10am checkout is ridiculous

A good sized room in...

Liked: The rooms were very spacious and the location was excellent.
Disliked: I had difficulty accessing the wifi on my laptop however the staff connected me with IT Help who assisted in resolving it.

Central location in Mid-Town. Very...

Liked: Location was ideal with lots of attractions close by. The subway was directly outside hotel and another line was within a short distance. Our trip was great due to the wonderful warm welcome we received, when we entered the hotel for the first time on our arrival, and every single time we moved in/out of the hotel. Every single staff we met, was friendly and very courteous. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with assisting us with some of the questions.
Disliked: No bar on site within hotel but there was plenty of options within a short walk from the hotel.
