Bad
Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Booking.com did not forward my reservation to the hotel. I was charged for the room but the hotel couldn't check me in. The desk clerk didn't know how to fix the situation. I ended up having to pay again. I was promised a refund after emailing Booking.com with my proof of stay for that evening. I am still waiting to hear back from someone. This was very disappointing.

Not good won’t be back
Liked: Pool was closed and there was nothing online stating so. We brought a volleyball team who were very disappointed! Paint on walls chipped. Bottom of bath tub yellow. Not worth $150 stay at all.
Disliked: No advertising that pool was closed

It was a good stay....
Liked: Breakfast was,ok. Not great.
Disliked: Better food at breakfast. Better instructions for the hot tub. Pool area had too much of a chorine smell. More equipment in fitness area.

Disappointing
Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Bed was way too hard. We had booked and paid for 2 nights but had such a sleepless night our first night that we decided to lose our money and leave. We did not stay the second night.Also, it was under renovation so that was another issue to deal with. I wish they'd reveal renovations because that would play a part in my decision if I want to stay there. I said all this to management and on my review directly to the hotel.
