Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The lotion bottle on the counter in the bathroom was empty. But, no worries, I always bring my own. I only stayed one night and really everything was fine.

It was ok for one...

Liked: Having a shuttle is nice. That helps you to get to the mall and the airport and they will also take you to walmart for groceries! The location is excellent as it is located directly across Arundel Mills Mall and a ton of other eateries. There is an indoor heated pool and they serve breakfast which is a lot more than just muffins and fruit. There is sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, hot cereal bar, cold cereal, bread station etc
Disliked: The prices. The fluctuation price at the end of the stay with new feess attached even though I booked with a company that promised no hidden fees and my total rate would be what was advertised. This hotel added a WHOLE NEW facilities fee and we only stayed for one night using the pool for ONE HOUR because it was closed the entire day from 10 until around 2:30pm! Also our room still had staining on the pillows and sheets and a nasty gummy bear candy stuck to the leg of one of the tables suggesting that it wasnt cleaned thoroughly

Favorite location near Baltimore!

Liked: Love the location! Close by to the mall and Baltimore attractions! Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is updated and has a nice selection for breakfast.
Disliked: Thin walls! You could hear so much noise.
