Liked: Staff was very accommodating
Disliked: Had to ask for housekeeping on a 3 night stay. Mold on bathroom ceiling and window frame, sink stop up, exhaust fan didn’t work, so room smelled like my business every time, I used the toilet, one elevator worked and the pool was closed. There is no designated place to sit outside and smoke.

Liked: The room was fabulous and great value for money. There is a free breakfast with cereal, eggs, bacon and fruits. The receptionists were very helpful.
Disliked: I sent five emails through the booking.com app asking was it possible to have a late check out but I never got a reply. I also emailed re airport shuttle times and got no reply. I arrived in Atlanta at 5.15am and checked in at 6.30am. I was informed when I checked in that there was no late check out and I also got a phone call from reception at 8am to say there was no late check out. This really disturbed my sleep and house keeping called at 10.30. Breakfast was served on plastic plates.
