Great location.Close to Subways, Waterfront...

Liked: Location was great. Room very clean and staff helpful. Breakfast was appreciated.

Liked: Great position, we had a problem but the staff solved it in a couple of hours.
Disliked: We were put in a room close to kids that were making noise all night long.But as said we reported it to the staff and the night after we got another room.

Great Stay

Liked: I loved the location. It was easy to drive in and out of the city to get to. It was by the Brooklyn Bridge and the pier. It was close to food places and not a far walk from the World Trade Complex, The Statue of Liberty, and subway stations. The staff was welcoming and helped validate parking. The parking garage was 2 blocks away and the price and staff at that garage was great! They also updated their breakfast area and they gave it a nautical theme, which is a nice touch because of the hotel being so close to the water. Breakfast was great and they served a different breakfast meat everyday that we were there. They have the best cinnamon muffins too. Very good hotel and very good for the price.
Disliked: Wish the window opened a little more.

Liked: Free breakfast was nice, but very hectic around peak times. Hard to get certain items and very difficult to use the elevator between 8am-10am

Very good

Liked: Good location in a safe area. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice for sightseeing the city. There is a lot of places around the hotel where you can take a great breakfast.
