Exceptional

Liked: Great hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial, supermarkets, and more. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The room didn’t have the view we saw when booking it, but it didn’t matter since we spent all our time outside.

Horrible spring beds

Disliked: The beds are horrible. Springs don't have any support in the middle so you are sleeping on what is effectively a hammock. Room was barely big enough to fit the bed. Avoid this hotel.

Disliked: A maid entered our room in the morning, when we were sleeping even though i put 'do not disturb' in front of the door! It was really unpleasant!

Liked: The location is fantastic, you have the piers really close, the Brooklyn bridge view from windows or reflex on windows. The beautiful view on the Pine 70 building. The freedom tower neer by. Subways lines and ferries are very close. The rooms are clean and comfortable also if small. The breakfast is not that various but it was enough and water and coffee are available 24h.

Believe me don’t stay there

Liked: Theres nothing good there
Disliked: Bad staff, bad food, and they gonna take deposits never give you back and when you try to contact in the chat they will ignore you and if you insist they gonna block you so good luck if you what to loose some cash.
