Disliked: Did not even offer the type of room I reserved. AC broke and had be moved 2 times

Liked: the breakfast was lovely and full, location was perfect close to local stores and shops.
Disliked: the gym was out of order during our stay, we really wanted to workout but the hotel was transferring/ swapping equipment. Bummer.

Great, no Critical issues.

Liked: Staff very nice, location perfect for visiting friend, bed was so comfortable, good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing critical… tub initially held water when showering, mirror in room hung crooked, lamp between beds needs replaced. The important things to me were just fine.

Stay was exceptional.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.
