Disliked: Prepaid on booking got to the Fairfield and they stated I didnt pay. Because it was through a third party they didnt receive my payment and I would need to pay again. I asked if I would get reimbursed but was told that they couldnt promise me that most likely I wouldnt be able to. That would have totaled close to 400.00 for a 180.00 room. I have no asked for a refund and the property has not responded. I am a single mom who works hard for my child to participate in AAU and travel ball and this really hurts my finances and it is unfair. I am not happy with the customer service of this location at all. I was unable to stay so cannot rate on the property its self but be warned that you may have to pay twice.

Always a good experience!

Liked: Great staff - very professional and courteous. Location is perfect - close to I-495
Disliked: The toilet was leaking water, and the handle was loose. Advised the front desk of the situation.
